Mine works fine with Kodi 17.6. Its definitly NOT a beefy computer. I use it solely as a media server. I keep it simple. I have 4 4tb portable hard drives fed into a 7 port powered hub. I don't use it on the internet at all. Strictly in house video server and it works like a charm

Keep in mind that 32GB of storage is not a lot after you've installed Windows 10. So you will need to include the cost of buying a large fast micro SD card or flash drive.
I've been quite satisfied with mine. No problems at all since I got it.
I too was one of the glowforget refugees who ordered in December 2016. It took a lot longer to deliver the Voccell than promised. (but not 2 years!)
I have the 50W, and think a more powerful tube might be a good upgrade. I cut plywood mostly.
