So if you plan on brewing up 25g worth of 4 different compounds, that could get a little tough with syringe filters. I mean it's totally doable, but it would take a good while. It speeds things up tremendously if you use a new filter for each vial, but that'll cost you quite a few filters. 25g should yield about 10, 10ml vials assuming you're brewing at 250mg/ml, so you could definitely justify delving into the vacuum filtration stuff at that point (assuming you want to make all of it at once). I use a hand pump just like that one, but mine is way cheaper and shittier and will definitely break mid brew someday- don't be like me, lol.
Either way, I wouldn't steer you away from the syringe filters since they're so much more intuitive and easy to figure out the first time around. But, if you choose to go the vacuum filtration route, you're really just looking at an extra 5-10 mins of YouTube videos before you get started. No big deal and it'll save you a ton of time in the long run.
