If you already have cases you like, Amazon & Staples sell these little Apple Pencil cases that can be attached to almost any case. I believe one brand is called Moko and I think Amazon also sells their own version under the 'Basics' brand.

Just get one of these pencil sleeves or a magnetic pencil sleeve to attach to your case. The pencil and pen case will slide over in it.

I just picked up a pro 10.5 myself over the weekend. I wanted the same thing, more protection for the back to compliment the Smart Keyboard and something to store the pencil.

I ended up with these two and so far they’ve been great!

With my current 9.7, I’ve used two options - either a separate pencil case with an elastic strap to stick to the iPad: https://www.amazon.co.uk/MoKo-Premium-Leather-Elastic-Detachable/dp/B01EHSMC56 but I got annoyed taking it off and on all the time.
