HDMI is really hit or miss at long cable lengths when you're at the bandwidth limits. First you need to try a shorter cable, like 10 ft or less, and eliminate your video card (or any sett!ngs) as the issue.
Try an active cable such as this https://www.amazon.com/Monoprice-114467-Active-Speed-18Gbps/dp/B019FN6D76 -- beyond standard active cables are fiber cables but those get expensive. Note that active cables have a specific end that goes into the TV unlike passive cables which go either way.
Test any cable you buy - two of the theoretically better more expensive cables didn't work for me.

This one gets me 4K @60hz, but wont do HDR above 30hz. This is my best cable so far.
Recently tried this one after learning about HDMI fiber cables, but it won't even hold a stable 4K signal above 30hz, let alone HDR. It just kept randomly going blank for a few seconds, with my TV acting as if the signal was lost.
I've got this one arriving tomorrow, in hopes I just had a cheap crappy fiber cable last time.
edit: Holy crap, I just realized that last one is listed at $191 now. I paid $66 for it just the other day, same seller.
So your longest cable is the one between the pc and coupler I’m guessing? Whatever the 25 ft one is I would replace with active. The others should be fine if passive. I use the 4K cable I linked for my projector and is a good option but the redmere cable is what I used for my Vive.
I didn’t use the camera so USB 2 was fine for me and the USB 3 couplers were all pretty crappy at the time. I didn’t need to plug any external power into the USB cable but got that one just in case I needed the extra juice.

You may want to start with new couplers first. I’ve had good luck with Monoprice and you could buy a HDMI, usb 2 and usb 3 one all for under 10 dollars off Amazon.
For the laptop connect to the TV at 1080p go into the Nvidia control panel resolution section and change the color format to 8-bit YCC 444
Now try enabling Ultra Deep Color on the TV, connect the laptop and see if it still outputs a video signal, if it does not then it's not an RGB issue and there is a clear HDMI handshaking problem which is difficult to overcome.
Try an active cable as an alternative to the regular HDMI cables, you would also want to set the PS4 Pro to (YCC) YUV 2160p if it worked.
Another long shot at trying to bypass the issue is get a HDMI 1 in 2 out device, this clones HDMI output and fakes being a TV so maybe it can do the handshaking instead of the actual TV.
So I ran it at 1080p last night for ~4 hours and didn't notice the issue yet. If running it at 1080p solves the issue over a few more days, do you think it's worth trying an active hdmi cable?

Honestly trying a new cable and then returning it if it isn't the issue is still easier than moving my computer closer to the TV.
