I've had this on my 2013 Moto X for about a month and it still looks and feels great. Had no issues installing it, nor have I had sensitivity problems with the touch screen.

Monoy made a dirt cheap one that still sits on my '13 X to this day, minimal scratches. Place it correctly, and the bottom of the protector sits just above that lip at the bottom of the phone, covers pretty close to the edges. No discernible impact to screen sensitivity.

Oh yeah mine is a 2013 as well. I'm pretty sure this is the one I have. I had actually noticed some deeper scratches in it and emailed the seller and they sent me a brand new one right away. It luckily face-planted before I had the chance to install the new one.

I just put the Monoy brand one on my phone a few hours ago. It seems okay, I guess. It feels nice, went on easy, and doesn't seem to smudge all that much. There is a bit of an edge between the screen and the bezel that I can see gathering dust, but oh well. Sorry I can't give a more thorough review!
