When I had Thrips it was more silver. Slowly turn the leaf over and look at the back, you should see a little yellow worm like bug. That's the thrip. If you see that, buy this Monterey Garden Insect Spray with Spinosad Concentrate 16oz and spray the fuck out of the whole plant at the start of lights out. When I say spray the fuck out of it, I mean cover that from head to toe bud and all top and back side of the leaves. Check the next day to see if you can see any live Thrips on the back of a leaf. They should be crusty and fall out. If you don't get them all one more spray should do the trick.

Use this spray specifically next June and July and you'll have no caterpillars. Organic too. They never stood a chance it seems once I saw the first one.
As far as Eureka, Florida is too humid for it to grow properly.
The greening disease treatment includes a foliage nutrition spray of nano-zinc (not available in stores and complicated to make, I use chelated zinc/iron instead), DMSO, and brassinolide. Research shows that bacterial concentrations do not decrease but greening symptoms are reversed.

These three can be combined into one spray. Add amounts according to instructions.
Additionally for control of psyllids, you can use Spinsosad, follow the instructions on the container.

Monterey Garden Spray. This stuff kicks their ass. Apply whole plant (don't forget underside of leaves and stems) as well as the top of your soil. Apply before lights off. Then repeat the process 3 days later. Should take care of it real easy.
