My recommendation would be for you to buy a Honor 7x. But all the others listed are the best bang for their price.

Keep using the s7 for as long as it works for you. Maybe replace the battery as needed once it starts to wear out. They're better than most low end phones you'd be buying right now.

A good low end option at the moment would be something like the Moto e4: https://www.amazon.com/Moto-4th-Generation-Unlocked-Exclusive/dp/B077Y79RBY/

By the time your s7 doesn't work well, there may be other and newer options.

Lower is better isn't a budget, let me give you some advice that i wish that had been given to me at your age. ALWAYS set a budget for any task. You need hard figures, otherwise you can fall into some dangerous traps. Also cheapest isn't the least expensive you have to consider the ramifications of ownership.

you can do all those for under 400.

I have no idea about BLU phones. People that have them tend to be happy with them.

BUT, blu has had privacy issues before. And there was one time when an updated bricked all of the phones of one specific model. (like serously ALL of them)

There is also the Moto G and E phones.

Moto G5 Plus

Moto E4

You need amazon prime to order them but you can subscribe and unsubscribe immediately after ordering so you don't get charged for it.

Edit: you can also get the Moto G5 Plus from motorola's site and also the Moto E

The Moto E4 would be a good choice. The unlocked/TMO version supports T-Mobile's VoLTE, has good reviews, and MetroPCS offers it for $60 after mail-in rebate.

If you don't feel like doing a MIR and want a fingerprint reader as well, it's also available on Amazon for $120: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077Y79RBY

Yeah, that'd be amazing, actually. Especially since most smartphones nowadays (even relatively affordable <$400 ones like the Moto E4) would be able to run either of these games at the smoothest framerates possible.

If not a remaster, a ground-up remake with Fallout Shelter's art direction would be a nice alternative, too. The only problem Bethesda faces would have to be sales and marketing. Do they want to sell this game to hardcore/novice Fallout fans or would they rather tap into a more casual market instead?

Clearly, no one wants to see these remasters flop, so in the end, it's up to Bethesda to decide on how they're going to approach this.
