Thankfully they came directly from Amazon. I went ahead and contacted support, and they're sending replacements over-night. These are the plugs in question: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006DDHZ1K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This will be my first attempt at a spark plug change, it's an 07 F150 with 42k miles. Apparently the factory plugs in these were notorious for disintegrating upon removal, so I'm already overly paranoid about the process.
