I use these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002IS1O84/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, Motorola S305. Definitely no hi-fi stuff, but cheap and good enough for commuting. Phone sound quality is good. They leak sound quite a bit though.
I had some issues pairing them with my old HTC Desire. If I had the phone in my right pocket and turned my head right the sound would occasionally cut out, although I suspect that was an issue with the bluetooth sender in the Desire, since with the LG Nexus I'm having no issue at all.

I have used Motorola S305 Bluetooth headphones for the last year and love them. They're my daily workhorses. This model is pretty cheap, the call quality is good, the music quality is probably 4/5 stars, not amazing, but I use them to listen to audio books, to workout, and to make calls comfortably. I like that there are no fucking cables to get tangled and pissed off at. Motorola makes nicer Bluetooth headphones similar to these at a higher price point so if you want slightly better sound quality go with something a little more expensive by the same brand.
I mind it, and you can get cheap BT headphones nowadays.
