I just cut to size or fold in half a blue CCF pad from Walmart. For additional warmth, stitch together a down throw (or two if he's big enough) from Costco.

Ruffwear does make some dog beds and sleeping bags. Mountainsmith also makes a bed. But I just don't see the point in spending that kind of money for something that isn't going to work any better.
