Here is what I would do. Get rid of the SSD or cut down/remove the HDD. Minecraft doesnt need an SSD and you can always add storage later. Next I would go for a cheaper (but some might argue better) case. My suggestion is an Antec 302 Then I would cut down the PSU to 500 or even 450. Then if you want to get a GPU, (those integrated graphics really do suck) get something like an R7 265 This will definitely give you a performance boost in your low end games.
To add onto this, I found a R7 260X on Warehouse Deals for $103.70:

I meant 260x :(

is this video card http://www.amazon.ca/R7-260x-1175mhz-6500mhz-128bit/dp/B00FR6XOQO compatible with this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100w10430kr
If you don't trust rebates then I recommend this graphics card (about the same as the 750 ti just AMD). That website is great and it is a steal for that processor.

The 9500gt won't be much help for much gaming. Won't even help for gaming in general. I would go for a R7 260X

which is 100 bucks. You won't go far with the 9500gt and I can assure you that.
Crap, I woulda given you a 6950 if I had seen this a couple days ago. Putting my two old ones in a build for my dad hahah
You can definitely find an equivalent for cheap though. Find the 6850 on a benchmark site and then see how it compares to new cards that are on the lower end of the spectrum (and thus cheaper).
This R7 360 would give you similar performance to an overclocked 6850, based on Passmark bench score.
