I found on a Swedish forum two ppl with it.

One guy says it never reaches above 60 degrees while playing, other guy mentions the fans are on like 23% in idle and puts the gpu around 30 degrees.

Cant really find more info if it's semi passive cooling, as in no fans moving during idle. But I believe it'll be a quiet card either way. Probably the better budget 2060 choice.

Although, the MSI gaming Z is only 22 gbp more on amazon.co.uk, but idk how much u were gonna pay for the other one.

CPU & CPU Cooler

Ryzen 5 2600 & Hyper 212 CPU Cooler for max performance and airflow, for the budget. Paired that with a gaming motherboard, that should be really nice for whatever you're working on or playing.

Memory

16GB of DDR4-3000MHz memory for max speed, for the processor. The motherboard will allow upgrades, so when you do upgrade (16GB to 32GB or 16GB to 48GB), make sure you get same kit, but you can get 32GB later to make it 48GB. 16GB of memory (RAM) is enough for now, for anything you'll be doing.

Storage

1TB of 2.5" SSD storage for plenty of room for your games and work files.

Video Card

6GB of video card memory is very nice for gaming. NVIDIA is best for performance, but you can get an RX 570 or RX 580 for cheaper. They won't last as long though, and AMD's graphics card drivers can be pretty bad sometimes. That's why I recommend a NVIDIA graphics card. If you can expand the budget a bit, I recommend the RTX 2060 MSI Gaming Z graphics card. That way you won't need to upgrade as soon.

Case & Case Fans

Case allows for great cable management and a lot of airflow options. I also included a few RGB case fans, since you said you liked RGB.
