That airbrush set is what I used on any model you see in my post history prior to January 2016. I still use the compressor. I've used this one as my exclusive compressor since I started airbrushing. They make about as much noise as blood pressure cuff pumps, and are "on demand" compressors, i.e. they run only when you depress the trigger on the airbrush.
That is a serviceable, almost throwaway cheap airbrush. In most cases, it's not recommended for beginners.

If you're in a triple stacked dorm (I assume you're American), your roommates are going to hate you for spraying smelling paint in confined spaces. If you're living alone, that's fine, but be prepared to open a window and buy a paint fume respirator mask.
Here is one I found with a small compressor that shouldn't output too much power. And it's under 100 dollars.
