Neurofeedback can help her a lot, so perhaps finding a good therapist for her locally. Short of that, perhaps you might try this:

Not sure if it works well, but I know that neurofeedback in general works miracles for people with anxiety disorder.

For something cheaper (and without as much research, which falls into the more alternative medicine category but works wonders), I recommend my clients try this DVD for relaxation:

For those who cannot afford outside help,

I suggest meditation daily. I do it, and it is very helpful.

I learned to do it using the Muse:

Once you have become proficient, you are welcome to sell the headband here on the sub.

I also suggest you start Yoga. Once you learn the breathing techniques, and to focus on your body..that will become very helpful in daily stressful situations.

Other then that, it just takes time. I had this problem for several years, and I had the therapeutic support and all the bells and whistles.

  • Multivitamin is not a good options for many reasons. (unnecessary vitamins / low quality)
  • High quality source of bacopa monnieri, something like this
  • Vitamin B6, B12
  • Regular meditation and track the result with something like this
