The Power Of Habit. Seriously, ENFPs need to fucking read this book cause we're generally shit at staying on task and focused. After reading this, i'm a little less shit at it and I should probably read it again.

This question is very difficult to answer. Only Russell Brand knows what "the start" of his career was, so any answer will have to come from him. Is it true whether he was a runner? Maybe. Does he consider it the start of his career? Maybe. I recommend searching interviews that he's given talking about that kind of thing (maybe you heard this in a radio interview?)
