I swear on MySize condoms. For your BF with 6.5" girth I'd say take the 64mm or 69mm condoms.

I would recommend you order the MySize Trial Pack and test out each of them. If you are 5.75" nothing in the US will comfortably work for you.

Uh, it's a bit hard to find the international site of those little packs, you're right. Anyway by quickly checking on Amazon I found this one and this one, but it depends on where you live.
I bought them from this site, but it's mainly for Italian customers and the international shipping is very expensive.
So I just looked into this because I've never had to buy condoms until now and turns out they have my.size condoms on amazon to order so I ordered a sample pack. I realized after that the largest one in the pack is rated at most for 5.9" circumference and I'm 6" so we'll see what happens. Magnums always hurt my dick and cause me to lose an erection, and us laws don't actually let them make condoms very big here.

Cool cool. For reference, the FDA limit I mentioned is 57mm wide at the base. Most wide condoms in the USA are 57mm, and Magnum XLs, believe it or not, are the same (they're just longer, and wider at the tip, but who wants that?)
I would recommend this starter pack if you're willing to throw a few bucks into "research." You get to try the 60mm, 64mm, and 69mm. You might find that going just a little wider than you're used to, for instance, the 60mm option, would be perfect. If not, it's a relatively small investment. And yes, they're much cheaper once you know your size and can buy them in larger packs.
