> Only because you're imagining an impossible situation.

If you truly believe that no person involved in the creation of games you enjoy, might be bad by your standards, then you're extremely optimistic person. However, this is your opinion, not a hard fact. I won't discuss whether you find it possible or not, since from my point of view, plenty of RPG designers are scumbags.

What doesn't immediately mean their games are bad.

> "How can you enjoy a game chock full of very blatant, obvious white supremacy, anti-semitism, etc.?".

Am I?

> Even if you think that latter sort of play is possible, it's clearly not what you've been defending here either.

I'm defending the right to evaluate a product without being biased by who its author is. In case of Myfarog? It's not as bad you want it to be and it seems I'm not the only one who shares this opinion. It's also not particularly good.

> As for touchy in-game subjects

There's no way to confirm what was your knowledge about the author before you decided to read the game, so it's hardly any argument.

> We're not talking about other games, we're talking about MYFAROG.

Yes, a game you pay special attention to because of Vaaaarg. Hardly anyone does not, because it's pretty well known fact who Varg was/is.

> I'm not sure why the existence of other games that are less egregious somehow means that I should excuse games that are more egregious.

> Which is to say I don't really understand the point being made about other RPGs and Call of Cthulhu.

So you're saying that you don't feel particularly bad about the existence of "bad things" in some games, but you feel it's wrong that they exist in different game. Also, that there's a reason to accept them in one game, but stigmatize different game when it mentions it.

Ok, I have nothing.

> Checkmate!

Please don't compare reading a game to an action that might truly hurt your body. It's false analogy at best.
