Since I don’t like to cook and am very impatient, one of go-to soups is instant. Japanese Osuimono Soup is a flavorful, clear broth with some onion and mushroom bits. it’s like a japanese broth that is supposed to have a mushroom flavor i think? to me, i feel like it tastes like the broth of a miso soup without the miso!!
