I think you can put up to 36 in a chain, and they have tabs that connect each light and each edge has a tab so three slots each panel.
You can do a lot with them, plus the rhythm module makes the lights do shows to the beat, which is fun and very customizable. I’m into high end lights as well as high end stereos lol.
