When I first started using Natural Calm (just the regular variety) it would put me right to sleep. I think I'm acclimated to it now, since it no longer has that effect. That said, that brand (Natural Vitality) does have a magnesium supplement with a sleep aid. I've never tried it but I plan to once I'm finished with my container of Calm.

Natural Calm or Natural Calm Sleep. You need to keep on top of your electrolytes and these are good sources of magnesium.
