I get my MSM on amazon.com https://www.amazon.com/Natures-Way-MSM-1000mg-Tablets/dp/B00016AHIS and take 2 a day. I never had hair loss on my scalp, just EXTREMELY thin hair that was always falling out (what my hair looked like in a single braid looked like someone else's THIN double braid). I was diagnosed with PCOS very young at around 13 years old, and hair falling out was always a problem. I still shed quite a bit (hair is all over my house) but I have a very full head of hair now that I really never thought I would have. For the first time- I love my hair (which I never thought would happen). Give it a go. No side effects whatsoever and incredibly inexpensive.
If you can spend a little cash, get some or all of these things for your hair quality and growth:
-MSM
-A multi-vitamin/supplement targeting hair
-Quality shampoo and conditioner
These are a few of the things I use and my hair and nails grow so fast I can't keep up. I paint my nails and like 3 days later they need to be repainted due to growth. :)
edit: oh yeah, and take Biotin. You dont need much since all the above things also include it.
