This microdermabrasion scrub is lovely and really helps remove all the excess, shedding skin gives off during adapting process; its cheap and a small bottle will last you a life time. I usually mix 2 scoops to a nickel size amount of cleanser but, if the cleanser is foamy or gives a good lather, then it’s 2 scoops to a dime size amount also. this Ormedic night cream is BOMB, pricey but bomb. the small tub, usually last me a good 4-5 months so its justifies the price. you can also use a pea size amount in the day but I usually go with the hydroboost gel cream(great fragrance free moisturizer for those with combo skin BTW) and before I apply it I lighty mist my face with either water or air repair facial mist lock in moisture.
