I've been taking NeoCell for 10 years...I think its the oldest brand in the US and seems to be the least expensive, at least on amazon

Thanks to everyone for sticking up for me. It is just my opinion which is what the OP asked for.
I started with all that and now I'm just using a collagen supplement, mct powder, and 1 tbs of hwc. 125 cal, 10 fat, 6.6 protien. That actually keeps me going until the afternoon easily and often until dinner time.
I'm using this mct and this collagen powder. I've always had issues with no energy since I was around 12 years old and keto hasn't helped like I hoped. The MCT powder definitely gives me the boost I've been looking for, I noticed it the first couple days after starting it. As for the collagen, I've noticed my skin feels more soft and for the first time in almost 10 years my nails are growing out without breaking. :) I've been doing the collagen for just over 2 months now and the MCT, just over a months and some.
