I have this one. I did my normal size and don't wear the band over the top. It works great for me!

It’s a little bulky, but this is the one I recently bought. I got it primarily for back pain but I did notice it helped with some abdominal pain I was feeling as well, probably from my belly being so heavy and just pulling everything down. I usually wear a tank top underneath and then my regular top over and I’m able to wear my maternity pants and just pull them up over it a little bit. It’s not the most comfortable thing but for me it was worth getting rid of the constant pain I was in. And if you have prime you could just send it back if it doesn’t work out.
