Hello, hello. Your friendly doc here.
Butt sweat is real, and wherever there's sweat, there's bound to be pimples, swelling, and other sorts of skin infections -- even in those of us who clean regularly. Here are some tips, starting with the easiest that you can do and working down to the more difficult that will require the help of a doctor.
Just some other things you might find useful and may help in the long term: Always make sure and shower every day and every night with soap and water. Apply a non-comedogenic (non-acne forming) moisturizer to your face and (in your case) your butt cheeks after every shower (you should moisturize every day regardless of whether you have acne, ideally with a sunscreen in it). Avoid wearing tight briefs and opt for boxers instead. Change into a clean pair of underwear every morning.
Best wishes!
You’re pretty cute. Don’t listen to anyone who doesn’t have curly hair. Your hair rocks, and what would help is if you shortened the sides and put a soft gel in the top to make the curls stand out without getting frizzy. I use Cantu Define & Shine gel - it’s like $5 or so, which is pretty cheap and you don’t need much at all so it’s worth a try.
As for skin care, you’re right, it’s hard. Your skin isn’t that bad though. You don’t seem to have scarring. Maybe try using an acne face wash with benzoyl peroxide (helps with whiteheads) and a hydrating tonerhydrating toner or a light, non-comedogenic lotion (won’t clog pores) . Only need to do it once a day, twice if your skin is oily. I think the mistake people make is doing TOO much. My skin looked similar to yours and that’s what helped me.
Issue: acne breakouts among face, neck, chest, and back
Skin type: combination, very oily T-zone
Current routine:
AM: Cleanse with kaolinite clay, BP wash on face, Selsun Blue on body. Moisturize face with Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion and Murad Oil and Pore Control. Moisturize body with Cerave Daily Moisturizing Lotion or B&BW Body Cream
PM: Same as morning. Night face moisturizer is just Cerave Night Cream.
Now, this routine is working pretty well, and I definitely attribute that to the Murad products. I was wondering if there was anything similar that I could use for my body and/or in place of the Cerave Night Cream. One thing I noticed was that the Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion has retinol in it and I feel like that makes the biggest difference for me. Any combination of products doesn't seem to work as well if there isn't some sort of retinoid present.
You look great. But get a piece of paper, man. A well stocked house is important (don't play on bluetooth speakers lmao, mildly nsfw).
Here's my advice:
Get a haircut that makes more sense for your head shape. You have a slightly big forehead. Not an enormous forehead, though! It's about normal sized, only slightly larger than average. But the hair style is really emphasizing that otherwise minor fact.
As for acne, here's the process I use and it pretty much got rid of all of my acne. I used to have acne exactly like you.
I'm sure some of these steps aren't nessecary, but this was the routine that I developed. Since it works crazy good, it's a "if it ain't broke don't fix it" kind of thing. If you don't want to invest in ALL of the aforementioned products, then you could probably get away with just 10% benzoyl peroxide scrub + 10% benzoyl peroxide treatment + witch hazel.

Anyways, you're like a 5.5 / 10 right now. 5 is average. So that puts you slightly above average. Deal with acne and get a better hair style and you're easily a 6.5 / 10, which means attractive.
