I know u/howaboutnoo found it on Youtube, but you could ask him about a digital release or seeing if he can get a better copy up on Youtube. He would probably know who owns the rights. I know it was released on Star Song, but they were absorbed by EMI.
Actually it would be cool if some of the older christian music media could be uploaded to Youtube. When Frontline got bought, they uploaded good quality versions of music videos to their Youtube channel. A lot of it is just sitting, and having it there the rights holders/artists could make some ad revenue.
