Hey, it's not as hard as it looks at first, although it is tough. Do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks on Dr. Suskind's book, here.

It has a great section of meal plans and recipes for all the stages, and how to monitor your progress. It's super helpful.

As for the intro, I stayed away from dairy, and just ate blended apple sauce, bone broth, eggs, soft ground beef, and gradually added in the yogurt, and slowly expanded from there. Good luck!
