So I'm not sure how popular it is, but I received the Ninja Mega kitchen system for Christmas a few years ago. It has a blender, processor, and two smoothies cup attachments, as well as a dough hook.
We really enjoy it. I drink a lot of smoothies in the summer and make salsa frequently, so it gets plenty of use from me.
The large blender is great at pulverizing ice for margaritas!
My wife has no issues making small batch cookies with the processor and dough attachment

That is a damn good question. I can look when I get home! He bought it years before we were together so I'm not sure. I know we are planning to upgrade to this one soon, so I imagine ours is either a lesser version or an older version of a similar thing. Last time he moved he lost the attachment for the small blender bottles and we want them back, which is why we are upgrading.
You don't need a $500 blender.

I feel pretty good about this thing doing everything I need it to do, and that includes kneading seitan. I've had it for 2.5 years and it seems well built enough to last many more years.
I used to have a cheaper blender (oster brand). It was good, but I wouldn't knead seitan in it for fear of killing the motor, and I'm not sure if it would have lasted as long as my ninja.
I'm not saying it's a waste, what I'm saying is that if you have $50 now, can you save an extra $75 or so over the next few months and get something with a stronger motor?
Also, OP wants something to potentially juice with, so that's another cost concern.

Sorry! I learned this after I got mine too.
I just got this Ninja system because my food processor just took a dump, and for the smaller blender cups since I have a lot of small batches going on for experimentation. Once I get my recipes dialed in, I'll absolutely be getting a Vitamix for my bigger batches.
