Take a look at some Japanese stores or something, it's super expensive from there...

For example No Game No Life costs $35 for the season from Amazon US, and $32 for 2 episodes from Amazon JP. It's so expensive that Amazon JP has the option to import the UK release.

The complete season of ef: A Tale of Memories from Amazon JP is $66.00, while it costs $39 from Amazon US and here in Australia / New Zealand we can get it for A$35 ($27 US) including melodies too (although it's sold out, that's still the price).

Pretty much every show I've looked at follows this pattern. Even Aniplex releases tend to be even more expensive in Japan, for example Bakemonogatari is $210 from Amazon JP, $150 from RightStuf, and $45 from Hanabee in AU / NZ. Again, the JP release is the best presented and highest quality, but that doesn't change the fact that it costs over $200, and there isn't a cheaper option there.

EDIT: The JP ef I linked is actually a US import too, I didn't notice at the time. The Japanese release appears to be out of stock from amazon.com and is being sold for ¥69,000, but it's safe to say that's like a scalpers price so I'm not sure what it would have costed new.

If you're looking for a bluray disc usable in the EU you should be looking for Region B/Region 2 blurays.

From looking at the back of the cover: the UK bluray DOES contain the dub (English 2.0), although amazon doesn't show all the details in the description (which happens all the time with amazon blurays)

The EU/UK versions are published by Manga UK, so it would be weird if they did not include the dub (as an UK based/English speaking publisher)

You can get it at Amazon UK / Archonia
