People gonna give you shit, but I love biking in snow. Get clear goggles like this, and some solid snow boots and you're good to go.
I had the same problem so I bought these on Amazon. They work very well under most conditions, just keep them wrapped in a case when not in use as tiny scratches will allow fog to build up.
If you're given the choice between eye blood and eye sweat, then yes, we agree. Go with eye sweat. I use PPE.

These are my absolute favorite. I used to have the same issue. What I figured was the slight distortion of the lens was the cause. These have no distortion at all. They sit comfortably and they are durable.

They have ones with coatings that are fog resistant but are a little more pricey. Do a search for fog proof safety glasses or check the safetyglassesusa website.
Safety glasses can range from $1 (cheap, disposable) to the hundreds of dollars like Rudy Project for technical stuff like sports.
