By the way, microwaving eggs works very well, if you use the right cookware. I use this type in hotels when I'm on the road.

Maybe just microwave them? I'm assuming your going to have to heat them up again in the microwave to defrost, just crack a raw egg in a plastic/glass bowl sprayed with pam.

I got away from grains entirely in the morning by making 2 poached eggs in a microwave poacher and 1 sliced of microwave-cooked bacon both of which I cook in my office kitchen. I throw in a piece of fruit for my morning sweet tooth. I am really happy with this and it keeps me satisfied until lunch
