Even with ample water and eating lots of fibrous veggies, I've always had issues. It's necessary for me to supplement whole psyllium husks. I've gotten it off Amazon and iHerb. I take 2 servings daily a few hours before bedtime, which is about 14g fiber. It really helps keep me regular and the poops are fantastic. Feel so clean and very minimal wiping.
