I have been Type one for 25 years. The most success I have had when it comes to keeping a flat, controlled line on my cgm is Keto. High fat, super low carb, medium protein. I haven't been truly keto for a few weeks now, so I have had some highs. A quick little bit of exercise (10 - 15 minutes) drops those highs like a rock. It's awesome.

Lows: Powdered dextrose mixed with water works faster than any other bullshit juice, jelly beans, or whatever the hell. Here is a link:

I am sending you hugs and support. I know this sucks, but it only sucks as much as you let it. And I know you said you had a dex, but if you don't have a pump, I TOTALLY recommend that as well, because that helps with control (especially with lows) a lot.
