Avocados are an excellent source of potassium, one has almost 1000mg. I quarter them and eat them with some salt and pepper. Sodium is easy. For Mg, I take ZMA capsules before bed which can be found on Amazon or wherever.

It's slightly over $20, but ZMA is supposed to be good for post workout recovery, and helping you sleep.
