I have this, but you can just empty any pill capsule. I just filled one with ABV one morning and ate breakfast about an hour after I took it. Another hour goes by and I'm way higher than I've ever been. Make sure you do it when you have nothing to do that day lol.
I'm sure the amount you use would vary from person to person. I used .3g. Some people use like .5 and so on. Guess it depends on your individual tolerance or metabolism? idk.
Or you can just throw a bunch in between a PB&J. I never did it but I know people that have.

Can say I've bought plenty of vegetable based capsules to create my own supplement capsules with no issue what so ever.
