I do notice a difference with Alpha Brain, but it's too expensive. I've used several kinds of "brain pills" and nootropics and individual brain supplements but honestly I've only noticed a difference with Alpha Brain.
Also, New Mood and ShroomTech Sport seem to work. However, for New Mood replacement, just get any calming or "mood support" blend with theanine and 5-htp.

For ShroomTech sport, I've found a bottle of Now Foods cordyceps is much cheaper and works better.

DigesTech can be replaced with Now Foods digestive enzymes for much cheaper, as well.

A lot of the stuff on Onnit works, but nothing is a magic cure for anything. The most any of these will do is give you a slight edge in each area. But, I think that slight edge is worth it. However, on Onnit, it's just 3x as expensive as it needs to be. Do a bit of research and you can find a lot of the same stuff for cheaper.
Rhodiola, it's been working a little with mild depression. I just got this, guess they don't count as nootropics but still http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000TD0PXU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I suffer from depression and after having to quit my job AND losing my insurance I haven't been able to afford my medication. So, I've been looking into natural remedies to help lift my mood. I've noticed since being without my medication that I lose my patience very quickly, I get frustrated very easily and my husband and I fight a lot. I have little desire to get out into the world and enjoy things I once did. I'm sort of living as a hermit. I want to go back to the happy go lucky mother and wife I know I can be.
I would love to try these. These seem to be pretty highly rated and it couldn't hurt to try them.
I took this for a long time and it worked very well for me: https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Mood-Support-Veg-Capsules/dp/B000TD0PXU/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=mood+support&qid=1556518376&s=gateway&sr=8-3

Theres also a whole website dedicated to alternatives called dominatedepression.com I found that be quite useful too.
Well, OCD can be related to anything, really. It also tends to "jump" topics...as mine did from contamination fears/thoughts. My OCD mainly revolved around ("I wonder if she ever did ".....) and it would be extremely pervasive until I asked "Did you do...." (which was the compulsion to alleviate the anxiety).
This then backfires because you keep asking more and more things and will really strain your relationship. I took an herbal supp for a while that helped to an extent...until I switched to the real stuff.
Also, factors such as SLEEP, diet, exercise, sunlight all can play a role in your outlook/thought process.
