It like supercharges the collagen in your body and stimulates hair growth. I started taking it 2x a day along with saw palmetto and biotin last July and I've got about 5 inches of NEW growth where I had previously lost hair.
I swear by saw palmetto. It helped majorly with my acne too because it's a DHT blocker. I e heard it's not recommended if you're taking progesterone, but I'm not on any type of birth control anymore so I've got no worries there. If you can't take it orally, OGX has a new niacin and caffeine shampoo/conditioner that uses saw palmetto to fight hair fall. I use that too :)
