Definitely a work in progress, but yeah - still at it. There's some overlap in the list, but this is where the most noticeable change has been:

(1) Open primal feelings of rage and terror
(3) [Learn] social skills and assertiveness (I'm plenty assertive)
(5) Increase community involvement
(8) Get [patient] in touch with underlying needs and feelings
(9) [Become more] aware of emptiness and meaninglessness
(11) Interrupt pattern of physical and psychic withdrawal
(12) Decrease defensive isolation and promote interpersonal connection
(14) Decrease passivity and promote and active, assertive stance to life
(16) Counter isolation from real world contacts
(17) Draw attention to lack of social and emotional awareness

The biggest shifts have been realizing how oblivious I am to other humans and moving in the direction of people who aren't my friends. I'm still not excited about the idea, but opting in isn't like pulling teeth anymore. I have a few volunteer positions now, am moving from edge of town back into the city, started a new business (lots of peopling - my least favorite so far).

Needs & feelings, emptiness have also been a big one. That's been unfolding in therapy for awhile, so not something I've been consciously working on. But it's a big change from "I'm fine"... uh... the end.

What's helped the most:

Therapy. Naltrexone, with the people/social. Reading all the things :) Most recently these books:

Change is totally possible, it's just reeeeeeally slow and an effort
