i'm so sorry. at this point, i don't know if anything will do any good, but there are liver supplements given for liver disease, usually forms of milk thistle/silybin and SAMe. here are the commercial vet products:

the only other supplent i would recommend is N-acetyl cysteine (NAC). however, it is not in veterinary form, but for sale for humans.
