The answer is a resounding NO.

My friend gets huge back pain, and he swears by his kneeling chair. You might want to take a look. Something like this.

But i would recommend that you get a standing desk instead.

However it is good to start somewhere. :)

yeah, the space is a little tight. I usually find furniture/spaces have to be multifunction in tighter spaces. Desks = desks + TV media storage.
TV = second screen for either of the desktops + a TV

Good thing is that your desks are only 2ft deep though.

Maybe one of these alternative chairs or stoools for seating.

or one of these TV wall mounts that allows movement forward, so you can just bring the TV out when seated in the couch.

Have you ever tried a kneeling chair? My boss has one and swears by it for her lower-back issues!

I think it's a knee chair - my mom had one that looked similar to the picture.
