I swear by these. Used them so I could smoke weed and pass military piss tests, pre-screen job piss tests everything.
Take it 4 hours before the test, drink 48oz of water. Piss, piss again, and a third time if you can manage. Then when it's time for your drug test the piss you produce should be clean. DON'T TAKE IT THEN YOUR FIRST PISS BE THE DRUG TEST. Or you'll definitely fail.
I've mainly only used these for weed but coke is in and out of your system so quick I'm sure those pills will help with it also.
