Nice middle ground between a full blown custom and a regular mouthguard.
You mould it yourself at home, so it fits perfectly once it's set. Been using mine for Muay Thai/BJJ for about 10 months now, no issues.

ProTip: drink hot tea or water to warm up your teeth prior to moulding the guard in your mouth, it will save your chompers some pain.
