+$6 for shipping

Still more expensive than [Amazons regular price......and free shipping] (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B009WSK6QO/ref=twister_B00OXVNR66).

I really have been leaning on Naked juice recently. Specifically the high protein ones. If you have no appetite, it's really important to keep up your protein intake so that you don't start losing muscle mass.

Also, I use Gold Standard Whey when I need a quick meal on the go. Calorie-dense and a lot of protein in a small serving that my stomach can handle. Hope these help.

I'm definitely interested in where this goes. While I can't make you a meal plan, I can suggest foods that I've found that work for me:

Tofu, instant oatmeal+ON cinnamon graham cracker whey (absolutely delicious), hard boiled eggs (a mix of egg whites and whole eggs), giant carrots (very cheap), protein powder, Korean melons, sweet potatoes, and chicken breasts.

If you speak Korean (or have someone who does help you), you can order chicken breasts from rankingdak.com for absolutely the cheapest price you can find in Korea, about 6,800 won/kg.
