If you buy the 5 lb tub it comes out to $0.65 per 25g of protein

The 10 lb bag comes out to $0.62 per 25g of protein, which is a slightly better deal.

I used to do this with the 5 lb tubs, but ON pulled their stuff from Amazons subscription program. Did they reinstate it?

Edit: Yes. Looking at the item on Amazon, it costs $105 (way more than 15% over what you're showing) and there doesn't seem to be any subscription option. How did you do this?

Amazon Subscribe and save mate, £65.69 for 4.5kg ON. Savings on smaller amounts as well in your price range, but easily the best offer you're going to find per £.

If you like ON Gold Standard then keep an eye on the 10lb bags on Amazon:

In the last month I have twice found the 10lb bag, in both double rich chocolate and vanilla ice cream, for $75 (current price is back up to $97 though). If you like ON then it is worth keeping an eye on Amazon and buying a few bags whenever the deal comes up.

Got 10lbs of Optimum Nutrition Gold powder from amazon at half price after working my way through some different flavors of Premier Protein pre-mixed shakes from costco. Much prefer the ON Gold for flavor.

I'd say buy the 25 pounds of this: http://www.nuts.com/snacks/trail-mix/gorp.html. Then 10 pounds of whey protein. http://www.amazon.com/Optimum-Nutrition-Standard-Double-Chocolate/dp/B000GIQT2O/ref=sr_1_5?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1370275592&sr=1-5&keywords=whey+protein+powder+optimum. That's maybe 200 dollars with shipping, and if you have a few scoops of protein each day it's not a terrible amount of protein. That's what I would do on that budget.

For fruit, grapes and bananas are fairly cheap, bananas are ideal because you don't have to wash them, if you want variety.

I honestly don't think you need the preworkout supplement. You're not a body builder. Eat some eggs and greek yogurt in the morning, they'll give you the energy you need and won't weigh you down in the gut during those cardio heavy workouts.

This is the protein powder I used: http://www.amazon.com/Optimum-Nutrition-Standard-Chocolate-Packaging/dp/B000GIQT2O

Cheap in bulk and the industry leader in terms of accuracy. It's what I'd recommend.
