It was the closest thing I could find to the hamilton, plus I got it for $130
First suggestion is Orient if you don't mine shelling out a little extra. (probably can fined it cheaper on Ebay).
The cheaper option is to look at Parnis watches like this one. Parnis makes a line of homage based Flieger watches with all the complications you want depending on the model. This particular linked example is one I own myself, and while I do love the watch, there are a few things to take note that can be applied to all their products.
Don't expect much from the lume or the water resistance. For my particular model, while the movement is beautiful (mainly why I bought it), the movement is loud as hell. If you do your research I think you will find one that best suits you.
Hope this helps in your search, But I will admit that your specific wants in a watch and tight budget don't give you many quality options and an SNK809 is hard to beat for the money.
