It seems from the amazon reviews on it seem be concerning, specifically the Rainbow effect and the lifting up do to no adhesive in the middle. Do you have issues with this?

Ouch! Yeah, that would be annoying! At least they're quicker to get now that amazon has official stock of it, Did you not get two in the pack anyway though fro the first time? (judging by what it says on the site, they're always sold in two packs...)

I like the Orzly TG protectors, they go on easy and fit just right (most TG protectors are a little narrow). Some people don't like how they don't have adhesive under the visible portions, but I prefer it because it doesn't trap dust and/or create visible bubbles.

Obviously there is an orginized campaign by the cheap-a$$ TG protector industry to downvote the Orzlys wherever they might find them. But they're really better. All the regular run-of-the-mill TG ones are too narrow.
