First off, what you wanna do is buy this and this.

The enema bulb is pretty easy to use. You fill it
up with warm water and insert the tip into the asshole. Great suggestions. To add onto this list, a good chastity device and a good hair removal method are some high-priority starter purchases IMO. I'd also recommend picking up heels so you can start learning how to walk in them.

My favorite method is to get a shower shot. This is the one I have and I love it, but it’s VERY easy to cause a bigger problem with a shower shot than you had to begin with (explanation below.)
