I have their stainless steel version - I was worried about possibly cracking the glass if adding cold water to it when it was hot. Dunno about the glass version, but I feel like mine takes longer to heat up than it "should." Takes a bit under ten minutes when full.
That said, I've had it for about eight months and it's in perfect working order still, so it has durability going for it.
