My Panache Sophie nursing bras seem to be quite shallow: http://www.amazon.com/Panache-Womens-Sophie-Nursing-Bra/dp/B00FEFYUI4
Elomi Smoothing is the only model I can think of that fits almost all your criteria. Elila has a similar style that starts at a 36 band; but since the major brand review/complaint is their bands run firm, it might work. Freya Pure is a molded nursing bra with flexi-wires that might be worth a try; the Cake Croissant is a similar construction, but both are a bit above your desired price point.
If you're willing to compromise on the molded aspect, the Panache Sophie has amazing support for a wireless. Royce and Cake also offer a plethora of wireless nursing styles.
Congrats :) Here are two to check out. 40 bands with bigger cups. Great brands, too!

Where did you purchase it? It should certainly be available in that size but perhaps they don't stock it or were out of stock. Another seller should have it in that size, if you want to try it to compare. Amazon has it with free shipping, although no free returns on this one.
