I'm 34H (US) and used to wear the Moving Comfort Juno Bra for the longest time. I recently got this Panache bra! and cannot STAND the Juno for the life of me. I ran a marathon in the Panache bra and had some pretty bad chafing, but I don't think it was from the way it fits.. some body glide would have helped for that long of a distance.
Don't laugh, but part of the reason I didn't want to give up Victoria's Secret is because of their sports bras. I know you're outside their matrix, but you may be able to sister size into a 34DDD - or a 32DDD, depending on measurements, etc - and it's definitely worth a try. All of my old sports bras from there have lasted forever. They worked really well for running, physical labor, and a Tough Mudder, considering I had to sister size up twice, 28E->30DD->32D.
My Panache Underwire is great with regular straps, but I wouldn't recommend racer back while upside down. There's one listed on Bratabase for only $20. I'd definitely recommend Shock Absorber, though.
With Panache's underwire sports bra, mostly. It goes up to J and it keeps movement to a minimum. I just had to downsize to a 36G from a 38H (please, please let me end up with a size sold in stores, oh boob gods) and although I also have this one from Glamorise and it also does a good job, I prefer the Panache.
